Clinical Skills Mentorship Program
A certificate program with rolling cohorts. Curriculum, instructors, and tuition live on the program; each cohort inherits them and gets its own calendar.
For cohort-based schools
Programs, admissions, tuition, automations, and a white-label student portal in one back office — so a cohort can move from inquiry to first class without a stack of disconnected tools.
Cohort Bay is a school operations application. School administrators use it to create and manage a school account, then run programs, admissions, billing, and the student portal. Sign in with Google is optional and is used only to create or authenticate your Cohort Bay school-admin account (email and name). We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, or other Google content. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Academics
Build the program once, then open a cohort with its own dates, registration, classes, and charges. The school year is a set of named starts — not a single semester grid everyone has to share.

What follows the cohort
When a cohort opens, the same record drives public registration, class sections, and the tuition schedule. Staff do not re-key the program into a new term spreadsheet.
Admissions
Leads, admissions, finance, and registrar share one student record. Cards move across work areas; automations fire when a plan is set, a document is generated, or a balance is still open.
Tuition
Attach a payment plan when an applicant is admitted. Invoices follow the cohort schedule. Staff see paid, pending, and overdue in one list instead of reconciling three systems.
| Student | Charge | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Priya Nair | Enrollment deposit · CSMP Fall | Paid |
| Jordan Ames | Tuition · CSMP Summer 2026 | Pending |
| Alex Romero | Lab fee | Overdue |
Access
The same school record, four doors into it. Permissions stay with the role so students never see the back office, and school admins are not stuck in the same queue as instructors.
Programs, users, automations, branding, and the tuition schedule.
Pipeline boards, documents, payments, and day-to-day student work.
Classes, attendance, grades, and the roster for sections they teach.
Application, documents, classes, calendar, and payments in their portal.
White-label
The student portal carries the school’s name, letterhead, and documents. Cohort Bay stays in the back office — the place staff run cohorts, not a brand students have to learn.
